Traditional Fruit Cake

Rich and dense cake infused with spices, fruit and brandy/whiskey. Fruitcake has been around since ancient Roman times and remains a firm favourite.

Chocolate Sponge

Moist chocolate sponge filled with smooth Cadbury's-flavoured buttercream.

Classic Victoria Sponge

The traditional Victoria Sandwich is a baking classic and a tasty tea-time treat. We follow tradition with a light moist sponge layered with delicious vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve.

Lemon Poppyseed

Luscious fluffy lemon poppyseed sponge, soaked in a lemon syrup and layered with lemon curd buttercream.

Lemon Drizzle

A tart tasting sponge, soaked in lemon syrup and layered with lemon curd buttercream.
